Once your order is placed it will takes 3-5 working days to reach your desired destination. However, please keep in mind that weekends and holidays are excluded from this timeframe including bank holiday and Christmas. Please be patient during this period, as we do our very best to delivering your order as swiftly as possible.
To make the delivery process smoother, we advise customers to double check their delivery address and phone number before placing the order. Regrettably, once an order is on its way, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If you realise that an address change is necessary, kindly contact us at sales@sqheatingsolution.co.uk within one working day of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
The delivery driver will phone you 30-90 minutes before the delivery. Please make sure the number is correct to avoid any complications.
Delivery process on delivery day:
- Customer must check delivery items to confirm it is no damages and there is no missing items and no wrong item delivered.
- Delivery driver will double check order item codes and quantities before leaving the items with the customer.
- Customer must sign for delivery to confirm they have checked and received delivery.
- Delivery driver will take 1 to 2 photos to confirm delivery made
- No one home and no answer or no further instruction from customer, delivery driver will fail this order and return the items from to the warehouse.
Delivery driver and customer both confirm delivery items are not damaged, missing, wrong item, once item handed over to customer and confirm by customer signature, customer will take full responsibility for items.
