Refunds

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return a product or request a refund. We have clear guidelines that regulates our refund policy.

When you decide to return an item, we request that you arrange for the item to be sent back to our warehouse. You can do this by sending it back yourself (please contact our team for return address) or you can ask for it to be pick up by one of our delivery drivers (which may incur a charge). This allows us to verify the condition of the product and ensure that it meets our return criteria. For a successful return, we require the item to be in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was when you received it.

Please note that we do not cover cost of returning unwanted items. We also have the right to charge you a handling fee where it is required. We pick up the returned if that is what the customer requires but at a returns cost (please contact customer service for help with this). We only take but damaged items back for free. 

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will promptly begin the refund process. We understand it is important to have your refund back as soon as possible and our aim is to have the funds returned to your bank account within 7-14 working days. However, it's essential to keep in mind that the exact timing of the refund appearing in your account may vary depending on your bank and the payment method used.
